Cathy Clements formed Rockstar Properties in 2017 in hopes of providing honest and knowledgeable service to the islands’ many newcomers, as well current residents. Cleverly named, Cathy combined St. Thomas’s moniker “Rock City” with her favorite sea animal, the Star Fish. Cathy first visited the island of St. Thomas in the early 80s on a boating vacation with her family. Immediately falling in love with the islands, she relocated to St. Thomas where she met her now husband and raised her two children. The family shares a love for the ocean and are heavily involved in surfing, boating, swimming and other various water activities.

Brad Jennings moved to St.Thomas in 1993 from Houston Texas and fell in love with the islands immediately. He loves pretty much anything to do with the ocean: boating, swimming, fishing, surfing or diving. Brad has spent 25 years sharing his knowledge of the Virgin Islands so that visitors can make the most of their time here. It is a natural progression for him to help those that wish to make the virgin Islands their home by helping them find the property and location that will fit their life style. He is also raising a family of his own with his wonderful wife of 20 years. They have 2 smart beautiful daughters that were born and raised on St. Thomas. As such, he can show what a wonderful place the Virgin Islands is to raise a family. It truly has that small town feeling while still being incredibly diverse. Martin was raised in rural New York State. He went to culinary school for 2 years and then off to Florida State University where he worked full time and graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
He worked in the restaurant business for 6 years and was a multi-unit supervisor for Bennigan’s Restaurants. He then went on to work in a new business venture involving the production of litigation discovery documents for law firms and corporate legal departments. His company grew from 8 locations doing $20,000,000 a year to 115 locations across the country with annual revenue of $980,000,000 in 7 years. He held positions ranging from production manager to Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations
Martin’s locations always trained and promoted the most people because he believed that creating a culture where people succeeded bred success and profits. His background in sports led him to create a team work oriented environment where everyone was rewarded monetarily through profit sharing, and people could work
toward increased responsibilities and promotions.
He moved to St Thomas in June 2007 and held sales management positions for two separate EDC companies. In July of 2014 he began working for what his friends tell him is the “perfect job for him” – selling real estate. He worked for 7 years with Sotheby’s International Realty, then realized he was working for corporate America again placing the company first and the customers and employees last. By working with a boutique real estate company like RockStar Properties he could combine his passion to work for the best, his desire to work for a team-oriented organization, and his passion for interacting with people looking for the same dream he found when he moved to St Thomas, make this a perfect avenue for him to continue making people’s dreams come true.
